Fic Update

I have several fics swirling around in my head, I just need to get off my butt and write them.  I have been very lazy lately - I want to read, not write and it seems one of my favorite writers (and friends) is working on an angsty #26 story so I know more good fic is in the pipeline.

Maybe if I actually "put it out there" it will motivate me to write, so here goes.  This is what I have floating around:

* Asking which is a one-shot follow up to Knowing and Doing - Ray returns and pops the question to Ziva - decisions need to be made.

* One final chapter to the now defunct Leaves of Memories fic - because I promised alidiabin

* Till death do us part - An angsty T/Z story set around Palmer's wedding

* Want vs Need a follow up to my Gibbs/Hollis fic Swing batter batter swing 

* I haven't completely given up my Strange Bedfellows Tony & Kort story - but maybe too much time has passed - it's been months since I updated.

So where dear friends do I start?

Start with Asking.

Did you read all the stories in the landcomm? I feel like I gorged on fics ... then there was nothing to read once I finished and I was sad!

I did read the landcomm and voted! I feel like I have read everything out there - I have done nothing at night except read fanfic the past two weeks (it was great!) mostly old favorites - so I am ready for some new stuff (hint for angsty #26).

Asking should be easy to bang out once I actually sit down at my laptop. My husband is hunting all weekend at our farm - my friend and I are shopping & wine tasting on Saturday afternoon so maybe Saturday night for writing(with a little wine in me - who knows what we will get)

Well if you figure out where to start, please do tell! I'm with you. I have no motivation to write, only read...and I had a very interesting NCIS dream last night that was such good fodder, too! Just too much to do in RL to devote time to writing, I guess!

*raises hand meekly* Um...I'd like more Strange Bedfellows, please? I don't believe too much time has passed. I've read fics on ff.net that hadn't been updated in over 6 months. Doesn't matter - a good story is a good story.

And I want more Trent Kort, dammit!!!

I've got a hankering to write a Tony & Jimmy fic set between seasons 3 & 4...Sex Machine & Black Lung, doin' their clandestine meet-up somewhere to discuss a case Tony's working on. All I need is the case, and I'm sure it'll come to me soon.

You can do it. I'm partial to the last chapter of 'Leaves of a Memory' but go where ever your plot bunny takes you.
