I am excited about the" targeting Navy ships" part, sometimes I do actually forget it IS a Navy show, so I am curious to see how that all plays out as I am beyond tired of the serial killer arcs.
I admit I am a little anxious about the body count / cliff hanger comment, but I am determined not to fret about it until more information is given. All the actors have contracts thru Season 10 (pretty sure, but not 100%) but who knows...(so much for that no fretting thing)
They do that "warning: dead people" thing every year as they lead up to season's end. It's been over-used, and I don't believe for a minute that they'll actually kill anyone off...at least, none of the majors/semi-regulars. Possibly Dorney? (Ouch, I think I'd actually be upset if they did that...)
I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually have faith that GG is on the right track, and going back to the NAVY is a really good thing, IMHO. I'm also quite intrigued with the wedding arc now. Imagine the backdrop for the anticipated T/Z rapprochement - sandy beaches, palm trees, ocean breezes...hmmm...and I'm not even a T/Z shipper! LOL
I'm rooting for Vance to die ... not because I dislike him because I don't mind him ... but because it would impact the DC and the LA teams ... and that intrigues me.
I highly doubt itvwould happen ... but it's still intriguing.

And yes, the T/Z possibilities make my shipper heart go pitter patter. :)
