looks like Phantom 8 is going to part of the finale arc.  GG hinted at it weeks ago, this pretty much confirms it.

Darn, that was one loose thread that I really had no interest in revisiting.  Crossing my fingers that I will be happily surprised because the promo for this episode and the other spoilers coming out for the last 3 episodes look interesting!

Are you referring to the return of Scott Wolf? I can't recognize anyone on that photo :P

yeap, if you look closely you can see him kneeling in the bottom of the pic. This is the same pic that Gibbs found in the box that Mike Franks gave him for safe keeping.
