Agent Russell Wallace will be played by Cassius Willis...
 
All we know about him is that he is a new agent that will feature in the finale and he is potentially recurring in Season 10.

Let the speculation begin....

If he gets between them it will be annoying, we already had EJ and CIRay, no need to go that way again...I have to see this Wallace guy in action do form an opinion. Any of you think they can go for season 11? I believe Season 10 will be the last one...what more can they bring to the table?

My latest scoop for some reason hasn't crossposted from my DW acct to LJ, but....

David McCallum (Ducky) just signed a new two year contract with NCIS which will take him thru the end of Season 11 - so we know as of today - CBS/NCIS have every intention to extend the show at least thru 11 seasons.

Weatherly, Murray, and Perette's contract all expire at end of this season, so they will be in negoiations this summer - cross your fingers - everyone reups, because we need ALL our team back for Season 10.

Harmon and de Pablo have contracts thru Seaso 10 - so they won't be re-negoiating until this time next year.

Crossing my fingers they keep it "fresh" and "entertaining" - I would hate this show to "jump the shark"

Well, by logic, if David, Mark and Cote will be there for season 10, the rest of the crew will jump on board as well, because the show depends on all of them, really. Unless the negotiations are about money and stuff like that...
