Pairing: Tony,EJ (not as a romantic couple)
Summary: Tony has a choice to make- will he give in to the frat boy or follow the man he is becoming? A short little ditty to put my mind at ease (at least until the next episode)

Tony looked down at the blond haired blue eyed woman – she was pretty enough but still something felt slightly off – he couldn’t quite put his finger on it so he decided to ignore the niggling at the back of his brain.
He smiled at her as she raised her still wet hand to lightly grip his shirt – he knew that she wanted him to kiss her. “There are rules against this you know?” he was not surprised at the huskiness in his voice – the frat boy in him wanted only to crush his mouth to hers – to have her right then and there – the frat boy knew it was all about the sex – not the woman- and the consequences be damned.
She smiled sexily at him and pulled gently on his shirt “No, there’s not” she whispered. Her intentions were clear – she would go there if he wanted.
Gazing intently into her blue eyes he realized the source of his unease – they were the wrong color and she was the wrong woman. The man in him- the man he was becoming-the man he wanted to be- knew it was all about the woman-not the sex- and consquences do matter - so he pulled back slightly and gently brought the hand gripping his shirt to his lips for a soft kiss “Yes, there are” he replied.
EJ stepped back smiling sadly and shrugged her shoulders-she knew a lost cause when she saw one.
And Tony the man turned and walked away.
