your piece should be between 500 - 1000 words long (though I don't think anyone will complain if you go over a bit)

Yay! I get the easy bit!

Just to make sure everyone will be comfortable with what I start off with...first of all, fair warning: I don't know anything about LA so I'll be doing DC. Second, do we want to set this after 9x24 or before? I'll go with majority preference.

Beyond those two points, I'll run with whatever the muse sends my way, but I thought we should agree on those basic points.

What are we going to write anyway? And I'm flexible, so wherever for time frame. I don't know LA either.

I agree with keeping it NCIS DC - a few of our writers don't know LA and even though I kinda watch it - I don't know it well enough to write it believably.

As far as time frame goes - let your muse be your guide - we will follow. The last time I did this - the first writer took us AU and it actually turned out pretty good.
