Day Seven - Least Favorite Character
This one was actually a hard choice as there have been several characters that I didn't like... Damon Werth, EJ Barrett (although I did slightly warm up to EJ in the season finale when we got to see her as a real woman, not a b***ch on wheels trying to prove something to herself and to the world), Brent Langer, Michael Rivkin.

But I am going to have award the honor to  M Allison Hart - ugh!!! Did we really need to suffer this woman for weeks on end and what purpose did she serve?  I can barely remember her part in the plot - did she have a point?  I honestly don't recall...

If I had to pick a least favorite "main" character, I would have to go with Vance, but only by process of elimination.  I like Vance (most of the time) and I was a little worried when I thought he might not make it to S9, but if I ranked them, honestly he would be at the bottom.  Only because someone has to be last....

I went for main character in the end, but had I not I too would have gone for Hart.

She didn't have a point, from what I can recall. She even annoyed J and that's a rare thing, he just tends to watch and accept what's there. But more than once he said 'oh, no, not her again'.

She was worse than EJ!

If I had to go with main character, I'm afraid that it would be a toss up between Tony, Gibbs and Abby. Which is probably considered heresy among most viewers, but that is sadly the case anymore. Tony ... well, my issues with Tony are well known and well documented; Gibbs has turned into a blatant hypocrite (and few things offend me more than hypocrisy); and Abby has turned into this weird woman-child thing that I found painful to watch.

Which is sad because that means the characters I still really like(d) on the show - Ducky, Jimmy, Tim, Ziva - are the ones so often getting short shrift in terms of screen time.

I think I am the only one that liked MAllison :( She didn't fuck with my Tony/Ziva visions, and I seriously don't see EJ coming around much next year. I just have the bad feeling that they are going to use tool!Tony again with a Jeanne/Lee mashup fail plot.

Poor M. Allison. I thought she had promise (smart, ballsy, on the line between sassy and annoying) and yet she ended up being so badly misused.

so true. I like Rena Sofer (Melrose Place was a guilty pleasure), so I was really looking forward to her appearing on the show, but by the 2nd episode with M Allison, I knew it was going to go bad...

I was also kind of pissed that they never resolved the Gibbs/M.Allison thing. Not because I was a fan of that fling, but because it was this huge plot thread that they just left dangling.
