Date: 2011-05-20 04:26 pm (UTC)I was able to run the first 10 mins without stopping, and on the second 10 I had to walk a bit. But I attribute that to the GIANT hill we had to RUN over (the road goes over top of a railway line). We had to do it twice, once out and once back. The second time I just couldn't run all the way up that hill, and the effort to do so just about did me in, but I did a run/walk combo all the way back, and I wasn't the last one in. So overall I'm really pleased.
The instructor says I can stay! :)
