Summary: Tony makes a decision
It was a life altering decision. One he had grappled with for some time.
He knew it was time to let go, but the shadow of the frat boy inside of him wanted to hold on tightly.
He was afraid of the consequences if he carried through - he was even more terrified of the consequences if he didn’t.
He took another drink to fortify his resolve, but not enough to later rationalize that it was a drunken decision that could be rescinded.
Tony DiNozzo dropped his little black book into the shredder; he walked away and didn’t look back
