I think it is a behind the scenes pic because I don't recognize this scene from one of the eps. 

 You can tell that MH adores CdP (don't we all?)

I adore this pic, I have a copy of it saved to my hard drive lol. I think Cote and Mark must have the most amazing relationship, they're always laughing in pics, and that TV Guide shoot with the cake. It was a behind the scenes pic, there were a few of them that one photographer took.

There was even some Tiva-ness in one... I shall try and find them and upload them for you
