It's a shame that I hate Ray so much ... because I don't actually have a problem with EM.

I agree. EM seems really nice.

But, I will be sooooo happy to see Ray go.

Did you see the writers' tweets on the CBS page last night? They specifically said we'd be seeing Ray sooner rather than later and "Ziva will have to make a decision!"
