Date: 2012-01-22 04:05 am (UTC)Yeap, that's my actual count. But don't feel too intimidated, I feel my motivation waning already.
I may be in need of cheerleaders soon. I am feeling the winter doldrums or maybe it's the weeks of repeats of NCIS affecting me. I need 02/07 to get here quickly.
Sad, really, how I wish my life away.....

Date: 2012-01-22 05:13 am (UTC)Actually, I have a feeling that I haven't properly accounted for all my words this month - I'm going to go back over everything tomorrow and double-check the definitions and rules. For example, I didn't count the two "bad fics" I wrote for ncis_verse but they may in fact count.
I also snagged the word count excel spreadsheet that was linked on the site you referenced - I like it better than the one they gave us on GetYourWordsOut. It's cleaner and simpler to use.
Never fear, hon, I will cheer you on. And to kick-start that process...I will mention that Strange Bedfellows is still sitting out there in cyberspace, and I wanna know what Trent Kort's gonna do next, so hop to it, m'lady!!
And yes, stop wishing your life away. Trust me, the older you get, the more you'll wish you hadn't...
